My name is Stephanie Barnett, and I am a registered intern mental health counselor in the state of Florida. I believe that individuals possess their own unique potential and challenges. I am committed to working closely with my clients to cultivate a therapeutic relationship while empowering them to overcome obstacles through personal growth and exploration. By utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution focused therapy, and other evidenced-based clinical interventions, my goal is to help clients achieve their own vision of wellness and balance.
I have a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University. Over my 14 years of experience in the mental health field, I have had various roles of care ranging from residential, inpatient community mental health, to outpatient private services. I'm uniquely trained in pregnancy and postpartum support as well as substance abuse treatment. I look forward to connecting with you on this journey!
